What does my child need to play baseball?
Bat, batting helmet, baseball cleats.
When are signups?
Online Dec 15 through Feb 12. ($20 off if registered by Dec. 31) Registration will close for an age group when teams are full. It is recommended to sign up early.
What is the length of the spring season?
The season usually begins in late March and ends in late May to mid-June weather permitting. T-ball and coach pitch leagues will typically end in late May whereas the kid pitch leagues will often go into the first or second week of June due to making up games that have been rained out.
If I miss the registration deadline, can my child still play?
Late registration Feb. 13-18. Late registrants will be placed on teams if there are teams with room available. NO players are guaranteed placement on a team after the deadline has passed, even if a coach is expecting that player on his roster. A $20 late fee will be applied to all registrations accepted after the deadline.
When are games played during the week?
Games are played Monday-Saturday. T-ball and coach pitch begin games at 6:00 Mon-Fri and generally last no more than 1 hour and 15 minutes. Kid pitch games play at 6:00 and 7:45 Mon-Fri with a duration of approximately 1 ½ hours. Saturday games begin at 10:00am and are played at intervals throughout the day. Sunday games will only be scheduled due to excessive rainouts.
How many games are played?
Approximately 12 games can be expected in most leagues for an average of 1-2 games per week weather permitting.
When do teams practice and how many times per week?
Generally teams practice about 1-2 times per week prior to the start of the season. Practice times are set by the league for each team desiring to practice at our fields. Practices are at Morris Park in Glenpool. Coaches receive team rosters in mid February and can begin practices any time after that. It is up to the coach when the teams start practicing.

Do I have to purchase my own uniform?
Uniforms will purchased prior to the start of the season. This is up to each individual coach/team as to what the uniform will include, price and where it will be purchased.
What is the league’s policy on playing up or down a league?
A child may play one age group above his/her current age. Players may NOT play down in any age group without exception
What is your refund policy?
No refunds will be given after the start of the season. Prior to that, a partial refund can only be granted with Board approval.
